Christopher Kitchens

Ph.D. Student

Christopher earned a B.S. in Economics from Georgia Tech in 2024. As an undergraduate, he contributed to research on wind energy investment and 19th century social mobility. These experiences, combined with his coursework, sparked a particular interest in American economic history. At Vanderbilt, he looks forward to exploring historic trends in civil society and social mobility as well as the interplay between culture and economic growth.
