Two of Pedro Sant’Anna’s articles have made the list of the most downloaded papers from the Journal of Econometrics in the past 90 days. (https://www.journals.elsevier.com/journal-of-econometrics/most-downloaded-articles). One of his papers (“Difference-in-Differences with Multiple Time Periods”), which was co-authored with Brant Callaway (PhD ’16), is ranked number one on this list, and his paper entitled “Doubly Robust Difference-in-Differences Estimators,” co-authored with Jun Zhao (PhD ’21) is number 10. So in addition to this being an honor for Professor Sant’Anna, both his co-authors are former Vanderbilt PhD students.  We are proud of them all!

In addition, in the Journal’s list of articles most cited since 2018, Callaway and Sant’Anna comes in 3rd, and Sant’Anna and Zhao is 14th.
