Current and former PhD students Flynn and Smith have paper published in Journal of Public Economics
Pat Flynn (PhD ’22, now at Cornerstone Research) and Tucker Smith (PhD candidate in Economics) have had their co-authored paper published in the Journal of Public Economics’ August 2022 issue. The paper is entitled “River, Lakes and Revenue Streams: The Heterogeneous Effects of Clean Water Act Grants on Local Spending.”
