- L.A. Talent Agency Assistant — Amsel, Eisenstadt, Frazier, & Hinojosa (AEFH), an established talent agency, is seeking a full-time Assistant to the Youth & Young Adult Division. Candidates must demonstrate: strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with minimal oversight, urgency to situations that require diligent attention and maintaining and managing a highly organized administrative process. Additionally, this position requires computer savviness with Microsoft Office, InEntertainment, Breakdowns, and Casting Networks/Casting Frontier.
Key responsibilities will include management of complex calendars and schedules, giving appointments, helping create and sending pitches, command professional phone interactions and exchanges, prepare daily communications; organize, execute, and assist with projects as assigned as well as general client correspondence.
