Artist’s Statement:
Thematically, the collages deal with the anthropocene. In them, I consider my relationship to nature. My intention is to highlight that natural and human environments are interconnected. Given the increased human-caused environmental disasters worldwide, these artworks acknowledge that not a single space on earth can escape human impact.
