Satellite Reservations

Located in Rothschild College, the VCL Satellite functions as an extension of the Vanderbilt Center for Languages, and serves as an additional resource to build community around language and culture. The Satellite space can be reserved for events that seek to uphold these ideals.

Before contacting we ask that you have an idea of the following:

  • Event Date, start/end times
  • How many people you expect (this can be an estimate)
  • Purpose/Goal (related to building community around language and culture)
  • Activities that will be performed in the space
  • Will there be food present?
