Research Interests

My research spans several areas in cosmology including dark energy, dark matter, modified gravity, the growth of structure, Big Bang nucleosynthesis (BBN), topological defects and alternatives to inflation.

Bio

Dr. Sourish Dutta is a Principal Senior Lecturer in Physics at Vanderbilt University. His research interests span cosmology, dark energy, modified gravity and dark matter. He has been on the faculty of Vanderbilt since 2015 after completing his Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University and post-doctoral work at Vanderbilt University and Arizona State University.
