Make an Appointment

During the semester, all advisers use Calendly as an online scheduler for students to book appointments.

Note that CASPAR advising is specifically for students housed in the College of Arts and Science with an undeclared major. If you are a student in the School of Engineering, Peabody College, or Blair School of Music, please contact your respective Offices of Academic Services with any questions regarding advising.

Schedule an appointment with your adviser below:

 

On Calendly, you will be able to see your adviser's availability and book an appointment in advance. Make sure to include your phone number when you book your appointment or indicate that you would prefer to meet via Zoom. If you are having any technical difficulties, contact the main office at caspar@vanderbilt.edu.

 

Cancellations: Calendly does not allow you to cancel an appointment the day of the meeting. If you need to cancel an appointment the day of, please email your adviser directly to notify them. Please do not miss your scheduled appointment without notifying your adviser in advance to cancel.
