Rachel Zajdel
Rachel Zajdel received her B.A. in Sociology and Italian, with a minor in Poverty Studies, from the University of Notre Dame in 2015 and her M.S. in Global Health from Syracuse University in 2017. Her research interests include the social determinants of health, medical sociology, structural inequality, social stratification, immigration, and homelessness as a health outcome. For her master’s practicum, Rachel conducted a meta-analysis of the quantifiable effects of health interventions among indigenous populations in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
