Leslie Reed

Having spent a Fulbright year teaching English in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, I joined the department in 2010 with a B.A. in German and Spanish from Pepperdine University. I received my M.A. in German Literature from Vanderbilt in 2012, and am continuing in the Ph.D. program. During the 2012-13 academic year, I studied abroad at the Freie Universität Berlin. Research interests include classical epics, myth, popular literature, film studies, and narrative theory/storytelling.
