International Initiatives

The purpose of the College of Arts and Sciences International Initiative is to promote the international research endeavors of Vanderbilt faculty and graduate students. CASII hopes to not only highlight the current research projects of VU scholars at the College of Arts and Sciences, but to facilitate the development of new collaborations with international partners. This initiative will also serve as a resource for scholars whose work involves traveling abroad by directing affiliates to the proper channels and procedures for planning and conducting international research.

The College of Arts and Sciences at Vanderbilt University is dedicated to developing a network of global partnerships based on shared academic pursuits and recognize that communication between scholars is critical to achieving this objective. CASII supports the international research of VU faculty and graduate students and ultimately seeks to become a valuable conduit to its continuance.
