Remy Rendeiro is a third-year PhD student in the Department of English at Vanderbilt University. Her research focuses on modern American poetry and 20th-century Black women’s writing, and engages with topics including jazz studies, humor, Black feminist thought and poetics, conceptions of time, and socioecological criticism.
