Vanderbilt EES Winners at 2021 GSA Conference

Congratulations to EES PhD student Kat Turk and undergraduate student Andrei Olaru for winning awards at the 2021 GSA Conference in Portland, Oregon. Kat won a best oral presentation award for her project titled “”Priapulid trace fossils from the late Ediacaran of Namibia.” Andrei’s poster presentation titled “”Functional morphology of the Ediacaran organism Tribrachidiium heraldicum revealed by computational fluid dynamics” won a best poster presentation award. Great work Kat and Andrei!
