Trevor Thomas

Trevor Thomas is a fifth year Ph.D. student interested in Modern Europe. He primarily studies German revolutionary movements in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, as well as the cultural and religious history of modern Germany.  His master’s thesis, titled Before, During, and Beyond: Historical Time and the German Revolutions of 1848 and 1849, excavates the underlying assumptions about time and history that guided Germany’s nineteenth-century revolutionaries.
