Emanuel Stults

Emanuel Stults is a sixth year graduate student focusing on 20th century American cultural and intellectual history. He earned a B.A. from Bard College and an M.A. from The University of Chicago. His research focuses on American and German emigre intellectuals in the 20th century, and in particular on interwar and Cold War theories of mass politics, elite classes and and bureaucratic authority. His advisors are Paul Kramer and Sarah Igo.
