Alexandra Sanchez

Alex is a third-year graduate student of modern Latin American history. She focuses on the nineteenth-century Spanish Caribbean, with emphasis on Puerto Rico and Cuba. Her interests include public health, race, empire, and digital humanities. Her advisor is Celso Castilho.
