Geoffrey Moseley
Lecturer of Classical and Mediterranean Studies
Geoffrey Moseley received his Ph.D. in Classics and Near Eastern Languages & Civilizations from Yale University in 2017 and has taught at the Ohio State University, the University of the South, Vanderbilt University, and Brooklyn College-CUNY. His research focuses on Classical reception, especially the reception of Greek philosophy and medicine in Arabic translation. With Dimitri Gutas and Ruediger Arnzen, he is co-editor of A Greek and Arabic Lexicon (GALex).
