Director’s Welcome

Welcome to the master’s program in biomedical sciences at Vanderbilt University!

Our program launched in 2018 with the goal of helping students increase their competitiveness for medical and health professional schools. As co-directors of the program, Dr. Michelle Grundy and I will work with you to design an individualized curriculum to increase your science GPA and to perform well on the MCAT.

The program is small, allowing for individualized mentoring and advising. We also offer students engaging didactic courses, research opportunities, clinical experiences, and volunteer activities to put together a strong application package.
