Manuel Macedo

Manuel is a PhD student from Uruguay, studying queer art, activism, and creative resistance strategies in Montevideo and Buenos Aires. His ongoing work aims to explore the socio-economic, cultural, and health potentialities of “artivismo” as a growing discourse in the Rio de la Plata region. Manuel holds a BA in Anthropology from Colorado College (2024).
