Rosalind Isquith

Assistant Professor of the Practice in Theatre

Rosalind (Rozy) Isquith is a Scenic Designer and a Scenic Artist based in Nashville, TN. Rozy currently teaches Scenic Design at Vanderbilt University. Recent design credits include scenic designs for The Humans (2025) at the American Lives Theatre, Hello Dolly (2025) at Cortland Repertory Theatre, Waitress (2025) at Northern Stage, and Hairspray (2025) with the New London Barn Playhouse. As a scenic artist, she continues to work with Goodspeed Musicals, The Glimmerglass Festival, and Scenic Art Studios. Her work in design, production and scholarship strives to create an environment that invites viewers to critically consider their relationship to the world of the play. Her writing has been featured in Performing Ethos, at the Mid-America Theatre Conference, and in University of Vermont Scholarworks. Her design and production work can be viewed here.
