Mabel Cummins turns childhood dreams into championship excellence and opportunities
Mabel Cummins, BA’23 majoring in neuroscience, led Vanderbilt bowling to the program’s third national championship and became the 2023 National Player of the Year. In addition to her athletic success, she was part of a research team that had two papers accepted by scientific journals involving auditory alarm research. She is currently in the Vanderbilt master’s program for biomedical science and plans to apply to medical school.
