“Wounded” and “Home” are blues tunes, combining sparse electric guitar, piano, and Zografi’s clear, dark voice.  “A shallow mine / A buried stone, a poison seed / To kill the wounded in me.”  These haiku-like blues convey understated emotion through image and repetition.  “Wave in the window / Wave in the window / Home.” – Zachary Greenberg
