Sayan Das
Assistant Professor of Mathematics
Research Interest(s)
Sayan Das works in the field of probability theory within mathematics. His research centers around the study of random growth models and stochastic systems that arise in mathematical physics and fall within the Kardar-Parisi-Zhang universality class. Prior to joining Vanderbilt, he was a Dickson Instructor at University of Chicago. He earned his Ph.D. in mathematics from Columbia University.
