Haein Kang

Assistant Professor of Art

Haein Kang is a new media artist, educator, and researcher who explores the unknown. She holds a PhD in Digital Art & Experimental Media from the University of Washington in Seattle. Her doctoral research is on the artistic application of brain-computer interfaces. Additionally, her data-driven sound installation received an Honorary Mention at Prix Ars Electronica in Austria. Dr. Kang is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of art through the expressive use of emerging technologies.
