Why Theatre? The Department of Theatre offers students the opportunity to study acting, directing, playwriting, dramatic literature, history, criticism, design, and production. Courses are taught by a passionate faculty in small classroom settings. Through the department’s four-show production season, students are able to gain hands-on experience both on and offstage.
