My current research interests are in pragmatism, philosophy of language, and ethics. I am especially fond of philosophers who write like novelists and novelists who write like philosophers. I am fascinated by what neural network-based language models can do, and I suspect there is something to learn from them about how language works (and also how it doesn’t).
