Leah Pardeshi
Lecturer of Business Studies
Leah Pardeshi teaches Corporate Social Responsibility in the undergraduate business minor program. She brings more than 15 years of experience advancing sustainability and energy initiatives across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
Her career includes leading statewide conservation and renewable energy programs for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, consulting for utilities and Fortune 500 companies, and directing product and strategy at JadeTrack, an energy analytics firm acquired by IGS Energy. At IGS, she later oversaw operations for the Community Solar division.
Pardeshi holds an M.Ed. and B.A. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. She lives in Nashville with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
