Harry Barbee

Harry Barbee is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Vanderbilt University Center for Medicine, Health, and Society with a courtesy appointment in the Department of Sociology. Hereceived hisPhD in Sociology from Florida State University in 2020. Broadly, Harry’s research focuses on issues of gender, sexuality, aging, health, and medicine. Currently, Harry is a member of the Vanderbilt University Social Networks, Aging, and Policy Study research team, where he studiessocial factors that influence the agingexperiences of middle-age and older LGBTQ people.
