Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

The Department of Psychology in the College of Arts and Science is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion. The Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Committee strives to facilitate an environment where all members of the Vanderbilt University community—undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral trainees, faculty, and staff—are unburdened by systemic barriers in science and academia. We aim to address underrepresentation across all genders, races, ethnicities, sexualities, socioeconomic statuses, ages, and abilities, so that our department represents the rich diversity of the world around us.
