Sustainable Agriculture/Pesticides: The Bill, named Opportunities in Organic Act of 2026, offers financial assistance to organic farmers, and REJECTS pesticide industry attempts to gain legal immunity for pesticide harm, and attain preemption* of state/local food labeling and regulation.

Polluter Accountability (Make Polluters Pay!) Named Polluters Pay Climate Fund Act! the Bill aims to hold the top 10 biggest multinational polluters accountable for funding resilience and preparedness projects in communities. (A Climate “Superfund”)
