Participants must <a href=\"https:\/\/vupace.vanderbilt.edu\/search\/publicCourseSearchDetails.do?method=load&amp;courseId=3688520&amp;courseTitle=nashville-math-circle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">register<\/a> and fill out a liability release and medication form (both forms are linked within the online registration form). Please read the waiver carefully and contact <a href=\"mailto:alice.h.mark@Vanderbilt.Edu\">Alice Mark<\/a> with any questions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a class=\"btn btn-primary btn-lg\" href=\"https:\/\/vupace.vanderbilt.edu\/search\/publicCourseSearchDetails.do?method=load&amp;courseId=3688520&amp;courseTitle=nashville-math-circle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Register<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"meetings\">Meetings<\/h2>\n<p>All meetings take place on Tuesdays from 5-7 p.m. in Stevenson Center on the Vanderbilt campus. All registered participants will receive detailed location information via email before each session. Sessions are taught by <a href=\"https:\/\/as.vanderbilt.edu\/math\/math-circle-team\/\">Vanderbilt faculty and assistants<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spring 2026 dates<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>January 20<sup>th<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>February 3<sup>rd<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>February 17<sup>th<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>March 3<sup>rd<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>March 17<sup>th<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>March 31<sup>th<\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"conduct\">Code of Conduct<\/h2>\n<p>Participants are expected to arrive on time and ready to learn and have fun. Please email one of the organizers if your child will be unable to attend.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nashville Math Club supports students at all stages of learning math; participants are not expected to know all the answers but are expected to stay on task, think creatively, and work both independently and in a group of peers.<\/li>\n<li>Participants should treat each other with respect and be supportive of the learning process.<\/li>\n<li>The following is not permitted and participants exhibiting these may be dismissed from the program:\n<ul>\n<li>Hurtful, bullying, or abusive behavior to others.<\/li>\n<li>Inappropriate conduct toward peers or Nashville Math Club faculty and facilitators.<\/li>\n<li>Use and\/or possession of weapons, drugs, and alcohol.<\/li>\n<li>Destruction of property or theft.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"contact\">Contact<\/h2>\n<p>For more information about the Nashville Math Club, please contact <a href=\"mailto:alice.h.mark@Vanderbilt.Edu\">Alice Mark<\/a> with any questions.
