Kenan, Jr., Professor of English,<\/span> was recently celebrated with a Chancellor\u2019s Award for Research<\/a> for his book <\/span>Literature, Science, and Public Policy: From Darwin to Genomics<\/a>,\u00a0<\/span><\/i>published by Cambridge University Press<\/span>. <\/span><\/i>Dr. Clayton\u2019s book explores how we don\u2019t make sense of science through facts alone.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Literature, Science, and Public Policy<\/em> shows how literature can influence public policy concerning scientific controversies in genetics and other areas.
