Melissa Range is the winner of the\u00a02025 Vanderbilt Literary Prize<\/a>\u00a0for\u00a0Printer\u2019s Fist<\/em>, forthcoming from Vanderbilt University Press in 2026, as well as the\u00a0author of\u00a0Scriptorium<\/em><\/a>, a winner of the 2015 National Poetry Series (Beacon Press, 2016), and\u00a0Horse and Rider<\/a><\/em>\u00a0(Texas Tech University Press, 2010). She is the recipient of awards and fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Rona Jaffe Foundation, the American Antiquarian Society, the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, and MacDowell. She teaches creative writing and American literature at Lawrence University in Wisconsin.<\/p>\n
