On Wednesday, March 25, at 6:30pm, join Nashville\u2019s Porch Writers\u2019 Collective and Vanderbilt\u2019s Special Collections and University Archives to celebrate the launch of the latest issue of SWING<\/i>\u00a0literary magazine. The Porch founded\u00a0SWING,\u00a0<\/i>a biannual journal showcasing emerging and established writers, in 2022. Editor Leigh Anne Couch will speak on the history of literary magazines and her vision for\u00a0SWING<\/i>, and authors Tony Earley<\/a>, Troy Coll, and Lisa Kathryn Perry will read from their work. Curator Mary McSparran will also present a pop-up exhibit showcasing historic literary journals from Vanderbilt\u2019s collections. Light refreshments will be provided.<\/p>\n
