MFA faculty, students<\/a>, and alumni are currently featured in the exhibition Verse & Visions<\/em>\u00a0<\/a>at Cheekwood Botanical Gardens. Visit Cheekwood and read the ekphrastic poems of Sydney Mayes, Carson Colenbaugh<\/a> (MFA ’25), Ajla Dizdarevic, and Assistant Professor Didi Jackson<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Verse and Vision<\/em>, a graphic arts exhibition of works on paper from Cheekwood\u2019s permanent collection, will be displayed alongside poems written in response to the twelve works of art. The exhibition forms a thoughtful connection between two distinct art forms in celebration of the creative spirit, further connecting the viewer to the artwork.<\/p>\n
