The paper is coauthored with two former Ph.D. students, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasfed.org\/research\/economists\/davis.aspx\">Scott Davis<\/a> (PhD &#8217;09) and Ayse Sapci (PhD &#8217;13). Davis is now a Senior Research Economist and Advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, and Sapci is currently an Assistant Professor in the Jon M.
