LGBT Policy Lab launches new website
Vanderbilt’s LGBT Policy Lab, led by Professor Kitt Carpenter of Economics, has launched its new website. The LGBT Policy lab, supported by funds from a grant from Vanderbilt’s TIPs (Trans-Institutional Programs), connects researchers, students, and community members who are interested in the causes and consequences of LGBT policies. Drawing on expertise from economics, sociology, political science, demography, religious studies, divinity studies, medicine, health services research, public health, law and education, the Lab seeks to advance understandings of how social and policy contexts impact the lives of LGBTQIA+ people.
