1 One semester of calculus is prerequisite to ECON 1500, 1510, 3010, and 3020. Two semesters are required for ECON 3012, 3022, 3032, or 3035..

2 A student may present the following sequences in mathematical statistics in lieu of ECON 1500 or 1510:
Math 2820L, Math 2820 with Econ 3050=Econ 1500 & 3050, OR
Math 2820L, Math 2810 with Econ 3050=Econ 1500 & 3050.

3 Only 3 hours of independent study will count in the major. ECON 1111 counts as an ECON elective below 3000.

4 ECON courses above 3035 have 3010/3012, or 3020/3022, or both, as prerequisites, and may use calculus.
