Van Schaik, will be hosting a reading of her new book, <a href=\"https:\/\/press.princeton.edu\/books\/hardcover\/9780691206271\/how-to-be-healthy\">&#8220;How to be Healthy: <em>An Ancient Guide to Wellness<\/em>&#8220;<\/a>. Assistant Professor of Classical and Mediterranean Studies, James Zainaldin, will be joining Assistant Professor Van Schaik in conversation for the discussion. This reading will be hosted from 6:30p.m.-7:30p.m. at <a href=\"https:\/\/thebookshopnashville.com\/\">The Bookshop<\/a>. the conversation will be followed by a signing line. In <em>How to Be Healthy<\/em>, Adjoint Assistant Professor Van Schaik presents a collection of Galen\u2019s enduring insights about how we can take care of our bodies and minds, prevent disease, and reach a healthy old age.
