expect (this can be an estimate)<\/li>\n<li>Purpose\/Goal (related to building community around language and culture)<\/li>\n<li>Activities that will take place<\/li>\n<li>Will there be food present?<\/li>\n<li><em>Check the availability calendar below.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The event request period begins on August 15 for the fall semester and December 10 for the spring
