Brad has spent over 20 years in marketing and strategy helping the CEOs of the world’s largest global companies to improve their business performance and impact.
He joined BCG’s Atlanta office in 2001 and left in 2004 to help start (r)evolution partners, a growth and innovation strategy firm that was acquired by Prophet in 2012. Brad returned to BCG in 2016 to servee as the chief operating officer of BCG BrightHouse to help grow and scale the firm globally. In 2018, Brad moved to Berlin to start and build the BCG BrightHouse business in Europe and the Middle East. He served as president and managing director of Europe and Middle East for BCG BrightHouse until 2021.His worked principally focused on helping BCG’s global clients to improve their business performance and impact. He has deep experience in industrial goods, automotive, telecom, healthcare, public sector, insurance, financial services, and consumer products.
Brad currently serves as the chief strategy & financial officer at Decisely, a private-equity backed insurtech company that is reinventing the ecosystem of small business employee healthcare benefits.
Brad was born and raised outside Washington, DC. He earned an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and a B.S. in chemical engineering from Case Western Reserve University. Brad has served on the executive committee of the Product Development and Management Association board and has been awarded the American Marketing Association’s Marketer of the Year. Brad and his wife are the proud parents of three daughters who attend the University of Wisconsin, Marquette University, and Walton High School.
