Matt Favicchio has over a decade of experience in corporate finance and banking. He currently leads the Corporate Finance team at HCA Healthcare in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, he and his team are responsible for executing capital raises, managing key banking relationships, and overseeing financial risk management. He works closely with corporate development and strategy teams on large-scale M&A transactions and partners with the investor relations team.

He previously served as a relationship executive at JPMorgan Chase, where he managed and expanded relationships in the Healthcare Services sector across the Southeast. He began his banking career at Wells Fargo in 2013, advancing from Analyst to Vice President. Before entering banking, Matt worked in audit at Grant Thornton in Charlotte.

He holds a Master of Accountancy from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina.

In addition to his corporate role, Matt serves as a Lecture in the Business Studies program at Vanderbilt University, where he shares his industry expertise with undergraduate students.

Matt is a Finance Committee Member for KIPP Nashville and lives in Brentwood, Tennessee with his wife and three young children.
