Publications of Our Undergraduate Researchers
Many of our undergraduate students, about 65-80 or so any given year, perform significant research in the various laboratories within the Biological Sciences Department. A number of these have made contributions significant enough for them to serve as co-authors on publications in scientific journals. Several of these students are co-authors on more than one paper, and some are even the first author of the publication. Many undergraduates also have served as co-authors on posters presented at national and international meetings.
