Graduate Student Working Group

The American studies Graduate Student Working Group gathers monthly for lunch to exchange ideas, share work in progress, and discuss issues relevant to graduate student life at Vanderbilt.

The working group brings together students from several different departments, including students not formally pursuing the American studies graduate certificate. Participation is open to any currently enrolled graduate student interested in American studies and looking for community with other students.

Participation in the working group is expected of all students pursuing the American studies graduate certificate.

Lunch is provided at every meeting, as is good conversation.
