Katherine Everhart

Katherine Everhart received her B.A. in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Asheville in 1999, M.A. in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2006, and M.A. in Sociology from Vanderbilt University in 2010. Her major research interests include sociology of culture, social movements, political sociology, and new media. Her dissertation examines the role of art in the 62-day occupation of the University of Puerto Rico in 2010.
