Students must meet with their faculty advisers in order to have the Adviser Approval Hold removed from their registration account before they will be permitted to enroll in courses. Students should review with their adviser their progress toward the completion of AXLE requirements, major and (optional) minor requirements, and general degree requirements. Additionally to register, students’ accounts must be current (not overdue). Other reasons for registration holds include failure to submit a Consent to Release Academic Information form, failure to declare a major on time, or failure to provide immunization records to Student Health.
YES will open to students about a month before Enrollment Windows open for the upcoming term. Students can utilize this month to add courses to their carts and to meet with their advisers to discuss schedule options.
Students may enroll in courses ONLY during their Enrollment Windows. Registration is based on a first-come, first-served priority system.
Tuition, fees, and all other charges must be cleared one week before the beginning of the semester. These dates are specified in the University Calendar and on the Office of Student Accounts website. Course registrations will be cancelled for anyone whose financial account is past due.
Registration ends at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the final open enrollment period.
