The degree audit system compares the student’s undergraduate academic record with a combination of “plans.” These “plans” encompass the requirements for the Bachelor of Arts degree, majors, minors, and the core liberal arts program (AXLE).
The degree audit system is available to all currently enrolled undergraduate College of Arts and Science students via YES.
The Special Audit feature of the degree audit system can assist students thinking about changing their major or adding a minor to produce a "what if" audit. This audit will compare the student’s academic record with a new major or minor and determine what requirements are satisfied, not satisfied, or pending in the “what if” major or minor. This feature does not officially declare the major or minor.
The degree audit system is offered as an aid to the advising and course selection process, and is not an official transcript or an official certification of the completion of graduation requirements. Every effort has been made to ensure that the program is without error. Students are to discuss any potential errors with their adviser.
